Putin Has Ordered the Russian Military to Die in Ukraine, Causing 200,000 Casualties

The Russian military is paying a very high price as a result of the battle in Ukraine. The Russian troops have lost more over 200,000 soldiers in more than 17 months of war, either through deaths, wounds, or capture.

The Kremlin's fourth worst month was June, when the Russian military lost almost 20,000 soldiers.

In light of the ongoing Ukrainian counteroffensive, July is predicted to be another bloody month for the Russian forces occupying the area.

Ukraine's Bloody Defence

In the very first days of June, Kiev began its much awaited counteroffensive. In a cunning move, the Ukrainian military stretched and probed the Russian defences with mechanised units to look for any weak spots.

The Russian forces have been putting up a skillful defence, giving up ground only after fierce resistance. The Russian military's defence, though, has proved expensive. The Kremlin's fourth worst month was June, when the Russian military lost almost 20,000 soldiers.

But in addition to losing many soldiers, the Russian army also suffered tremendous loss. The Ukrainians asserted that they had destroyed 653 pieces of artillery, 385 infantry fighting vehicles and armoured personnel carriers, 327 main battle tanks, among other weaponry, in the first 30 days of June.
